Pipex External Adoptable Manholes

Pipex External Adoptable Manholes are designed for foul and surface water drainage in external areas beyond the footprint of a building or structure.

Pipex external adoptable manholes are manufactured in accordance with BS EN 752-3, BS 7158, BS EN 13589, CESWI, Sewers for Scotland or Sewers for Adoption. They are engineered & tested to the specific requirements of adopting authorities i.e. benching loadings, water-tightness, WRc 180 bar maintenance pressure jetting standards, external groundwater pressure reinforcement, vertical/lateral loads reinforcement, step irons to BS EN 1301 pull & bend tests etc. This product range is approved to 6 metres depth by British Board of Agrément & Water Research Council and independently approved by various contractors, consultants & water companies alike.
